Alegria-Sita and I went on a road trip last summer. I played on top of Mt. Baldy just north of Los Angeles with the Rootabreakas, at their annual mountaintop campout. Its an amazing event, you take the chairlift to the top of the mountain and we party at the ski resort, which is closed for the summer. After that it was out to the Mojave desert for the Moontribe 15yr anniversary! Moontribe is the legendary LA based full moon desert party crew, and their anniversaries are always epic. It was a great honor to be playing at this one, and I had two hours in the hot Mohave sun to rock it for a very diverse and eclectic set of music lovers. The desert was beautiful, the sprinkler was soaking the dance floor and things got hot! Hope you enjoy this recording, straight off the boards. bless
